Tires
So I'm curious before I buy new tires. I just got an S2K and Im thinking of running 215/40/18's in the front and 25/40/18's in the back. The previous owner had it on springs cambered running 225/40/18's in the front with 235/40/18's in the back. The front rims are 9" and the back two are 11". Thoughts, concerns, I'm new to this so I'm still learning. Any help would be welcome.

It sounds like the wheel offsets are too low and it required stretched tires to fit. Ideally you would run 245/35, 285/30 on those widths. If you need to keep a stretch for fender clearance then run 225/40, 255/35.

Sounds like you are better off selling the wheels and buying some that fit. Also 25/40/18 isn't a size. The correct tire sizes for those widths are 245/35/18 in front and 295/30/18 in the rear but that would only work if the offsets are correct and my guess is they aren't. Further without knowing the offset we can really give advise on tires that may work.

Heres the tires on the car. Idk if you can see how much the rear tires stick out from the picture. The first photo is the front tire with the second being the rear tire.

Yeah...I highly recommend selling those and getting something less aggressive.
If you're looking for something affordable, check out the RPF1 thread in the Gallery: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/797...1-thread-pt-2/
Otherwise, there are a lot of other options out there that will still be more aggressive than OEM and not compromise the handling characteristics of the vehicle, not to mention be safer. 235 on an 11j is bad enough that you could easily break the bead hitting a bump or exposed manhole cover.
