Tire/Wheel Fitment

Tire/Wheel Fitment
Hey everyone. I have read just about every tire post and can't seem to get a for sure definite answer. Hopefully someone can help me.
I track my S and want to go non-staggered.
My car is totally stock and I have outgrown street tires.
I want to purchase TRMotorsport C3 in 17x9 +62
The tires I want to put on are Nitto NT-01 255/40/17
In addition my Camber is maxed and I will be adding a front sway bar to go to non-staggered.
So the question is will they fit or rub?
Should I get the 235/40/17 or 245/45/17 instead?
Thanks in advance.
I know this has been asked many times but I can't find this exact answer.

They will fit and should not rub EXCEPT when you are at full lock and exiting a driveway and the suspension is compressed so you need to be careful in that instance.
I think they may also contact at full lock but maybe someone else can comment on that as I am not sure.

Not always, there are some variables. It depends on if your lowered and how much, the lower the better. I'm lowered about 2" and i dont rub on the upper control arm at full lock with 10"+58, which is several MM more agressive to the inside then 9" +63.

Depends on what size tire and ride hight and how stiff your susp is. With 17" rims, the upper control arm is where the rim makes contact, if you are still running factory coilovers then this seems to be the first contact point due to the larger diamiter over after market coilovers, however the lower the better for this fitment as well.
