Tire Vibration Issues

Tire Vibration Issues
Has anyone experienced balancing issues with Potenza's. I seem to get a slight vibration around 40 mph, which I can accelerate through. I have had all 4 tires balanced twice using a Hunter GSP9700 at two different locations, but cannot seem to get rid of this problem. Not sure if it's flat spotting, or just bad balancing. The Hunter machine seems quite revolutionary in that it can "Road Force" the tires to look for inconsistencies in both tire and wheel. The second dealer to balance said they had between 4-14lbs variation, but did not see that as a problem.
The car has the orginal fronts, and new rears about 1,000 mile ago.
Any ideas??? Should I just get them conventionally balanced. Anyone know a good place in North East TN
Thanks Ian

The Hunter machine is the best. Did you check to see if the wheels are using centering rings that are not in the wheels? If it is on the S2K maybe front wheels on the back?

Thanks Jim, I don't fuly understand what you mean about the rings. The front and rear tires are fitted correctly. It's strange that on both balancing occasions, both front tires did not need balance weights. The rears have a couple of small weights each.
Do you know if Potenzas are known for flat spotting?
I could get the balance checked again by another type of machine. If it makes it worse, I could always remove the weights.
Thanks Ian
