Default Tire size suggestions for 18x8 +44 and 18x9.5 +45

Just wanted to make sure before I buy a set of wheels for the car.

Car has fenders rolled w/ tabs cut w/ 2 in drop.

Thinking about picking up a set of 18x8 +44 and 18x9.5 +45

What tire size should I get? 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear?

With the drop and the low offsets of the wheels the sizes you mention are going to be tight. I would run more negative camber to give more clearance. You would be safer with the 245/35R18 on the rear for clearance but the 9.5 wheels would fit better with the 255/35R18.
If I can help let me know.

I'm running a -1 front and -2 rear give or take a few. I'll probably stick with the 255. I'll probably order my tires through you.

In the gallery section if you go into the aggressive wheel thread on the 1st or 2nd page there is a yellow S2000 with 9.5 +38 all around with 245s and all he has is fenders rolled/tabs moved back... It looks like he may have around -2 or 3 degrees of camber though

Depends how low you want to be, my last wheels were 18x9+45 in the rear and i had to raise it to fit my 275/40s

how much camber did you run? my reason for asking is i have 18 x8.5 + 55 wheels with 275 35 18 tires all the way around but i want to upgrade to some 18x9.5 wheels with 275 tires and it is much cheaper to buy 18x9.5 in + 45 than 55. my rear fenders are rolled and i have 30mm over downforce fenders in the front. And i'm still running stock supension
