Default Tire recommendations for 18x8.5 +44

May you guys give me some tire recommendations for a set of rims I just bought. Do I go staggered or non staggered? What are the benefits of going either setup.

I am lowered but not slammed (1-2 finger gap?)
rolled fenders
rear bumper tab relocated
-2 camber front
-2.5 camber rear

I have always been wondering the same thing, but when I looked into it I found some useful information, some of which I forgot.

However, in general, the square set up will give you added traction up front, but will also lean more toward the tendency to over steer, especially if you had an AP1 with an OEM suspension setup.

A staggered set up, such as 225 front, 255 in the rear, would be more likely to under steer, especially on the 06-09 models with an OEM suspension setup.

However, if you choose a grippy exteme performance tire, I would imagine this would offset some of the under steer. The suspension setup, and usage, may help make it easier to decide which set up is best for you. I've heard the 255 is as wide as you can run up front without cutting up your OEM fenders, unless going aftermarket? (such as over fenders).

245-35-18 or 255-35-18. Whichever has the better tire options.

Would a 235 tire be too narrow? Would I be losing a lot of performance and grip if I went with a 235 tire?

Can anyone confirm that 255 up front will be fine with -2 degree camber on stock fenders?

You will need to roll the fronts for sure. You may be able to clear the rear with camber but for the front they need to be rolled.

Yeah my fronts & rears are rolled with bumper tab relocated in the rear. Would you suggest to avoid going 235 with my rim size?

Great thanks Manga!

I am looking to get Federal SS595 as I only use my car for normal everyday driving. One question regarding Federals, I heard they run one size wider than normal. Is this true? If so, I will opt for 235/40/18 or 235/35/18?
