Default Tire Racks "OZ RACING" rim questions.

hey, im lookin to get some new rims and i came across some pretty decently priced rims, 325$ piece, for oz racing ultraleggera black rims.. first off i would like to know is this oz racing company good quality and reliable? such as will the paint chip and they cheaply made or good made?? and also would these rims fit on the s2000 perfectly if its lowered an inch? will they rub or anything? they are 18x8 front an 18x9 rear.

heres the link to tirerack where they are

O.Z. Racing is pretty high quality. They happen to make wheels for some F1 teams as well...

OZ is an Italian wheel company that has been around for ever. They are an OEM supplier to Lamborghini, Ferrari, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Ford, Subaru, Mitsubishi and many others. They have been in the racing game forever and make very good wheels.

Im very suprised you have never heard of them. They have been around as long as BBS, and alot longer than companies like Work and Volk.

Poke around the site a bit, there are a few frequent posters that have 18" ultraleggeras, including a couple that have them in black. Offsets are fine for a 1" drop. Good company, good wheel at a reasonable price.

i was lookin at tire rack site and they have the front tire size but they dont have the rear tire size for the Fuzion ZRI tires.

Looks good! Which springs are you running? Also, is the rear 245/255?

I just ordered a set of these for my GPW with 225's up front and 255's in the rear. I really wanted to get 235's up front and 265's in the rear but Tire Rack's computer said that it was an "aggressive" fitment that may require fender modification (maybe because of the offsets?).

I'll get some pics up after they come. I want to see how far they stick out and see if I can go with the 235/265 setup for my next set of tires.
