Default Tire Marker

Anyone know where I can acquire a tire marker/tire paint pen?
Bought one from autozone but it's a really flimsy crayon and did not work well.

Or should I just paint the lettering in by masking off the outside?

This is what I'm trying to accomplish.

I've done mine once with a paint pen. But the paint ends up cracking and yellowing after a while. I'm sure you can get tire markers from Amazon or something. Look around a bit.

Yeah my brother did this on his camaro and it lasted maybe a day. The paint just flakes off pretty much right away.
