Default Time for new tires

I purchased some SSR SP1s a while ago and in the need of new tires. Right now, my wheels specs are: fronts 17x8 45 offset and 17x9.5 68 offset lowered on skunk2 springs that give about a little bit below 1 1/2 finger gap. The tires that came with the rims are 215/45/17 up front and 245/40/17. with the high rear offset i was thinking of running 225/45/17 up front and running 265/40/17 or maybe 255/40/17 in the rears on untouched fenders. the 265s will rub right?
