Tacoma, WA

I've gone to a place in downtown Tacoma for many sets of wheels. They do the best job, hands down, with a great operation/owner. Not the cheapest, though.

not mounted yet, but should be fine.
they are 17x8.5 +60 IIRC.
that's perfect, actually. you can run a 255 tire, slammed, any alignement, and not rub.
i had a 255 on a 17x8.5 +56, slammed, UK alignment, and never rubbed. so this will be about the same. looking forward to it.
the front will fit fine, but not as aggressive. tucked in closer to stock. but a 5mm spacer can be added if your heart desires.

FYI:

They are very similar to the Prodrives GC-07C and the new 07J

Plus you get to choose different offests and get a 17" up front.

I have the Prodrives in my signature.

These are a cheaper alternative, but the Prodrives are superior.

Specs are 16x7, 17x8.5

I hear they bolt right up. Mine are being powder coated as we speak.
Then putting on 215/55/16, 255/40/17. Should have them mounted in 2-3 weeks, I'll post pictures when they are. That GPW looks great.
Wyatt: you are the first person I heard of running a stagger 16/17 on an s2000 - does that work ok?

It seems the older NA1 nsx rims are a bit less money than the NA2 nsx rims but both look pretty good on an s2k. I was shopping for a set of NSX-R white rims for my Rio s2000 but so far no luck.

My next choice would be the Prodrives that Wyatt has - what specs are you running on your s2k? If you ever want to sell them hit me up.

Rick, unfortunately I sold the GPW w/ the Prodrives about 2 years ago. The GC07s in my sig were 17x7.5+48, 17x8.5+56, 225/255 tires. Loved that setup/fitment.

3 cars later, I'm back into an S. This time a Sebring AP1.

I don't have the NA1 wheels on yet, but a few people have them already. No reason they shouldn't work fine as long as the tires are swapped and match the OEM sizes. I'll be running 215/55/16, and 255/40R17, both a TAD taller than stock.

NA2 wheels are really nice. Especially being 17F, 17x9R! But they are very pricey indeed.

Thanks for the info on the specs, I'm looking at either the NSX-R type white rims for my s2000 or otherwise a set of the Prodrives but in 18" fitment.

I actually have a set of NSX rims from my 04 sitting in the garage so I'm going to try fitting them to my s2000 tonight

Are Prodrives expensive rims....forged 1 piece and lightweight? I dunno much about that brand besides that it looks very sharp.

Prodrives are a very expensive, elite, quality wheel. Forged monoblocks.
They used to be made by Rays (Volks...) but I hear they switched up operations within the last year and are even more expensive now. They have partnerships with Bridgestone and really are as good as they come.

Don't think you'll have the same luck with GC07 in 18''.
Snap some shots with the NSX wheels on the S tonight!
