Default Thinking about going 225/255

The time's come for me to replace my tires, and I'm going to be replacing my Bridgestone Potenza RE050s with Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. I have the stock 215/45/17 and 245/40/17 specs for the RE050s but am thinking about going 225/45/17 and 255/40/17. Well here's the question, if I lower the car with springs on 225/255 will it rub? I'm still fairly new to my S and to the idea of having aftermarket springs (Swift Springs to be exact) so I was wondering if I will be fine or if some fender work would be required. Sorry for the newb questions

i am running dunlop star specs. i think the 225's look too wide for the front rim, looks too pinched. the rears are perfect. so i went with 215/45/17 front, 255/40/17 rear. the front sidewalls are perfect now. they match the rears, not stretched or pinched. some brands of tires are actually wider than others ( have a bigger contact patch even though they are "the same size"). the 215/45/17 dunlops are quite a bit wider than the oem bridgestone 215/45/17

^What?? I ran 225's in the front on my AP2v2's in the star specs and they looked/worked great.

Either way it'd probably be fine though.
