hey zdan, how do the dunlops compare to bridgestone blizzaks?
The WinterSports are the first dedicated winter tires I've run, no experience w/ the Blizzaks. Relative to previous winter rwd experience on summer tires and on all-seasons, the Dunlops' grip in the snow is indistinguishable from magic! I'm sure the "Winter Performance" LM22 and LM25 Blizzaks are similar, and the "Studless Ice and Snow" WS50 and WS60 Blizzaks are better in the snow and not as good on dry pavement.

what are you talking about?

if you have ap1 wheels use them, if not get something skinny, 17x7 or 6.5 skinny wheels and tires are good for snow driving.

if an ap2 came with wider 17 inch wheels why would you want to put skinnier 16 inch wheels on. your losin a lot of contact patch on the tire.and if your not lowered have fun looking at that fender gap

^cause skinnier tires are better for winter driving. you dont want a lot of contact patch in the snow, its more dry conditions.

form follows function*

No you aren't. AP1 tire contact sizes are not far from AP2 sizes. The 16s take a higher profile tire. It's often better to go a bit skinnier on snows as they will perform better in the snow. You can't go too far though or you compromise cold weather handling in the dry.

not far is very subjective.

ppl can nit pick over 245 or 255 for summer tires so why not for winter?

ap1- 205 225
ap2- 215 245

also, the op already has the ap1 wheels and im simply saying to ap05deuce that hes wrong for being so against using ap1 wheels
