Stretching I'd imagine is to get the rims to fit NOT looks. Gotta be insane to like that stretched look. Try stretching 165s on a 16x7. LOL Neg camber & roll fenders. hahahaha

Tire stretching, especially on an S2000, contradicts everything a sports car is supposed to be about; agility in handling and braking. Aesthetics is an individual matter and I personally don't find the risk acceptable to mount tires outside the carefully engineered specifications for the sake of looks.
As Antonov said, a bit of stretch will help with the steering inputs, but the car will be more "twitchy" when it comes to losing traction.

I like Berlina Black

It was me trying to make a point more than anything.

Plus anything that is not ASM or Carbon Fiber it seems as everyone on S2ki hates. There is more in the world than uber expensive JDM parts for our RWD Civics
RWD civic? why'd i buy an S?

To each their own, some people track & some go for looks.

Some people like ugly black wheels(why not just use donuts) & different color hoods & trunks. All mexican/rice to me, but still everyone will have their own tastes.
