You're gonna need something like a 15 or 20mm spacer.

Do you know if it would work with Volk RE30 17x7,5 with an offset of 50?

Thanks!

Depends... Newer Ray's wheels you select a face/disk type. Doing this you can adjust the amount of lip/concavity of the face. In general the more concave it is, the more clearance you have for bigger calipers to fit, but you sacrifice lip.

So if you're about to buy a set of RE30 new, then YES you can customize your set in a way to support big calipers. If you don't mention this to the vendor, they assume its a stock S2000 and will set you up accordingly.

If you're asking this because you're about to buy a set from a private seller, make sure they know what face they purchased. Check how far out the spokes come out of the wheel backspace...

USDM AP1 wheels will require 25mm spacers and extended studs.....

AP2 V1 wheels will require a 15mm spacer and extended studs.....

JDM OE wheels require no spacers!

I believe that you need 2.25" between the rotor and the wheel spokes in order to accommodate for the Spoon calipers.

with a 25mm spacer you can use the h&r kit which does not require extended studs to be installed.

when running any kind of spacer it should be the ones with studs, not those cheap Pep Boys/Kragen spacers.
