Default Stock front on s2k

Has anyone tried to put on 225/45/16 on the front stock rims? I am about to replace my oem tires and is looking to get wider traction in the front. Please give me your experience and advice on such setup.

You would want to run a 225/50R16 front with the 245/45R16 rear. The 225/45R16 is too short. If I can help let me know

225/50/16 fronts and 245/45/16 rear will work fine as long as you have a very stiff front sway bar, about twice as stiff as the OEM front sway bar.
Unless all you care about is winning a drifting contest.
Also the fronts in 225 will bulge alot, the OEM rim is only 6.5 IN wide.
