I never would have even thought about that. The offset of the 17x7 is 40mm.

At stock height most aftermarket wheels are going to look pretty bad, so this is a rare case where I would simply recommend staying stock or potentially researching stock wheels from other cars that would fit the S2000.

With those offsets, I think you'd wanna go 205/50-17 front and 225/45-17 rear. Personal opinion but lowish-offset, shoved-outboard wheels with narrowish wheels and tires looks *terrible*, especially at stockish ride height.

I'd infinitely rather have the PF01/PF01-SS setup that FITS. 17x8 +50 front with 17x9 +60 rear wheels, either 215F/245R or 225F/255R tires. Or 215F/255R! But not 225F/245R...

Yeah +40 again is sticking out and pushing needing a fender roll. I feel like the car is going to look like it is on stilts. Have you looked at TSW Nurburgring or the enkei pf01’s other have mentioned? You want much higher offsets to keep the wheels closer to oem fitment if you are staying at stock ride height.

Those are at +40 mm offset.i haven't had stock wheels on this car since I bought it 10 years ago. The wheels I've had on it were put on by the previous owner and are definitely not stock. They're black with a red line and I don't know their measurements other than that they are staggered

Those look like they have a pretty low offset. You’d have rubbing issues if the car wasn’t at stock ride height. I wouldn’t be surprised if it rubs occasionally under the right circumstances. Also all the oem wheels are staggered width not staggered diameter. It’s your car and money buy whatever you like I guess.

I'm not sure if you saw my reply to your earlier post, but.... "I do like the Enkei PF01/SS with the black/silver mach lip. To get that particular color finish, I'd have to go to 2 different websites. And just to make sure, does the SS mean anything, because this would have me running PF01SS's in front and rear (see the links below)?

Front - PF01 SS: 17x8, 50mm offset https://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Whee...1&autoModClar=

Rear - PF01 SS: 17x9, 60 mm offset https://www.tf-works.com/enkei-pf01ss/"

PF01-SS has a broad lip between the spokes and the outside edge of the rim. On the PF01, the spokes are further outboard and terminate right at the outside edge of the rim.
