Default SSR GT7 / ASM Prodrive

Will these wheels fit over a Stoptech BBK?
I would buy the silver (or cheapest) and powdercoat them all gloss black.

But will 17'' application as seen on Tirerack fit over Stoptech BBK? Or will even the 18?

And what is the difference between the Prodrives and GT7s? I know it's a broad question... But manuf processes? Weight? Quality? etc?
TIA!

The prodrives from what I can remember are forged and the SSR's are not. Prodrives should give you the better quality.

SSR = shitty soft rims

^just what I've heard, no first hand experience though.

Prodrive GC-07C's spokes sit flush with the rim, there's no edge where they meet. That's how I've always distinguished them but I might be wrong.

SSR = about 16lbs per wheel in 17" trim. They are actually semi-solid forged and then spun.

Prodrive = the ASM edition is where its at, they are hot! 17"s are about 15lbs per wheel.

can't lose with either

(unless you just want to brag that you have ASM and put smilies after them....like "I have ASM ")

HAHAHA thanks a lot.
Hmmmm such a huge price difference.
I just need to confirm Stoptech BBK clearance, tire sizes, drop, offsets x width, camber, and fender rolling... I'd only consider 17s.

Is the only difference between PFF-7 and GC-07 the weight (manufac process) and available sizes?

I thought they were back in business. Regardless, TireRack still has 18s.

I now want to know is the 17s will clear a Stoptech BBK.
I think they will, but not in the great offsets that TR ever offered.
They would have to be closer to the GC07 front offset of 44-48 for a 7.5''.
As for the rear, I would love their 17x8.5 +62.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE ELSE TO PICK UP USED SSRs OR NEW 17s IN THESE OFFSETS???

EDIT
Okay, I can now find these for sale several places. New question:
The Prodrive GC07 17x7.5+48 clears a Stoptech BBK, BARELY. It does, though.
What I need to know NOW is if the spoke clearance between these two wheels are IDENTICAL, or just similar. Thanks a lot!

I am running the slightly larger Endless caliper with a 5mm spacer with the 17x7.5 +48 front. I can get away with a 3mm spacer. Stoptechs as per BrianS2000 and Spacecowboy clear with no spacers with the Prodrive GC07 17x7.5 +48 front.

Here you can clearly see the room with a 2.5 inch front drop and 215/45/17 tires with the 13mm wider Cwest front fenders.
