what are the best tires for the rear for under 300 bucks and they need to last a while. i was thinking yokohama s drives but i figured i would ask you guys for help.

 

Tire Rack has alot of reviews...most folks on here like the Dunlop Star Specs and the RE's that can replace the stock tires.

I like my BF Goodrich g-Force Sports. Got my rears for ~$275 shipped from Tire Rack.

 

What size tires are you running on the rear? Let me know and I c an make a better recommendation. The two that come to mind are the Sumitomo HTRZ III and the Hankook Ventus V12 in the 17".

i have 245s now but i am goin to a 255. i was thinking s drives because i have the hankook v12s now and i just wanna change it up but if nothing else is as good as the v12 then ill just reorder them.

 

I'd opt for the sumitomos over the hankooks. It seems hankook is always updating their tire line so it's more difficult to reorder tires, and you end up having mismatched tires.
