In the testing we have done the S03 and the Michelin Pliot Sport PS2 are the two best all around handling tires. The advantage of the S03 is the dual layered rubber compound will keep the same level of traction over the life of the tire.
I don't think you cna go wrong with either of these tires though.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you

I don't know what your primary criteria is for being the "best" tire...

In my experience, the S-03s have excellent dry weather grip - not the best, but very good for a street tire with good feedback and progressive breakaway at the limit. But what really sets them apart from other street tires is their physics-defying ability to grip in wet conditions. I have never driven on more capable rain tires than the S-03. They are also a relatively quiet performance tire design as well.

I want the best tire I can get for a dry summer tire. This car will never see water. (except when I wash it)
