Default Silverstone S2000 -- Gunmetal or Silver ?

I know it's personal opinion, but I haven't seen many cars with gunmetal wheels except in magazines or on the net.

I see silver wheels 99% of the time. So I guess silver is the safe choice, should be easier to sell, etc..

But maybe it's not the time to go with the safe choice, maybe gunmetal will look cooler and/or make the car stand out a little but not too much.

BTW my car is stock, with OEM hardtop. I don't want the silver lip. So it's solid gunmetal or silver 17" wheels.

Are colored wheels harder to take care of?

^^^^SICK!

But, you should consider bronze or gold. I think the bronze especially looks great on Silverstone.

I'm too conservative for bronze, gold, chrome, black, white, red or yellow. Basically Gunmetal is stepping out for me. If it attracts too much attention I don't want it.

That is true, but you might take into consideration that you are driving a car that gets attention anyway. Of course, here in Kansas there are not too many S2000s around, so I may be getting more looks and revs my direction than you.
