Seller mentioned s2k w/ new tires, measured at 8/32f 9/32r
Seller mentioned new tires, front has 9/32 and rear has 8/32. Is that relatively new? These are Kuhmo Ecsta (not sure which version). What's the life expectancy of this tire?

Searching on Tirerack, it says that their depth for the Kuhmo Ecsta XS has a tread depth of 8/32 so the tires are fairly new and probably haven't been drive on too much. Estimated to have 40k miles.

That is fairly new but Ecsta doesn't really tell us anything as that covers a broad range of tires. I am guessing they are NOT the XS with that tread depth, could even be all season tires.

Tires usually come with anywhere from 9/32 to 11/32 tread brand new - so basically these tires are 80-90%. They're probably all-seasons which means they'll have a lot of life left.
