I have conti DW, awesome performer - I give it an 9/10

and compared with the oem re01's they are doing a great job, so far have about 3500 miles on them, grip is superb, just an all out good tire.

 

I'll be putting the DWs on my S whenever my current tires wear out. They seem to perform very well and just as important to me - they ride very well and are quiet. The OEM 050s are as hard as bricks. The ride is just spine jarring. I'm hoping the DWs settle that down a bit.

 

So does anyone have any experience with how many miles you can get out of these tires?

 

That would be hard to say on the S2K. They should last longer than the OE tires but I doubt you would get more than 20K on the rear. A lot depends on how you drive the car.

i thought the DW's made turning response sloppy? definetly somthing you dont want on a s2k,

 

Only if your running the wrong size - 245's on a 9inch wheel is good 215/225 on an 8inch is good too.

I have them and I like them more than my s drives

 

S drive forever! Cant go wrong with all the specs & cant deny the name of the tire for this Car!
