Default Rubbing question for 18s

I'm thinking about getting some used rims that are 18x8 +50 all around. Tire sizes are currently 245/40/18 and 225/40/18.

The problem is that the previous owner wasn't lowered and I am lowered 1.5" in the rear and 1" in the fronts. I would just like to know if these rims with the tire sizes will rub without rolling my fenders?

Thanks in advance!

The problem is you need a 245/35R18 in the rear. The 245/40R18 is too tall for your car. With the 245/35R18 you would be able to lower the car as long as the offset is not too low.
If I can help let me know.

Jim is right, you may wanna do is get new rears. Something else to think of is running a aggressive negative camber. I use to have alot of rubbing issue with my TE-37 in rear. I am currently running -1.5 front and -2.5 rear camber and no more rubbing.
