Default Rubbing issues and side walls...

Ok, I am having some rubbing issues do my currect tires having a crazy amount of side wall sticking out... I need a tire (245/40/17) with a side wall that doesnt stick out... I was wondering if the kuhmo mx stuck out a bunch? And suggestions for tires would be great, thanks

If the 245/40R17 is rubbing it is probably due to the offset of the wheels and not the tires. You can run more negative camber and that should help. What tire do you have on now and I can check the section width of the MX against your current tire.

Dunlop formula 10 in the back and advan neova in the front.... It's an old school type of tire,... I'm pretty confident with a better side wall it wont rub.... These side walls buldge so much... The current tire is 235/45 btw.

Like when I look at the oem tires on the stock ap2's (same widths as my rims) the tires curves in and doesnt stick out with a 245/40.. and my 8.5 inch rim buldges out with this 235/45 tire.
