Default Rubbing coming from somewhere in rear

Hey guys, I have been lowered for 3 or 4 years with no issues. The other day I just lowered my car another 0.4-0.5 inches in the rear to meet the Tein Flex's recommended lowering measurements on my 2004 and get a little less fender gap. I have 18.8.5 +52 Volk LE28ns in 255/35/18 REO50A tires for the rears. Backing out of the driveway near the bottom (which is kind of steep) I heard some rubbing. Then on the way to work, driving over some dips that never made a sound before I heard scraping in the rear. Once I got to work I ran my fingers along the lip of the rear fender and my fingers got black and kind of greasy (I am guessing Tire Shine) from possibly the tire hitting the lip of the fender. I didn't want to roll my fenders. Should I check my alignment specs to see what camber I am running and dial in more negative? Thanks for any input.
