9" +45 is a much easier fit in the rear than a 9.5" +38. A 8" +45 front is a good match for a 9" +45 rear, but comes with convex spokes that some people don't like. You can run 215/45, 245/40 or 225/45, 255/40. Either combo will probably require fender work if you are lowered at all. No need for upgraded wheel studs and spacers would push the wheel out further which would make things worse.

when you mean convox spokes what do you mean?
to answer your original question, 17x8et45 and 17x9et45 will be pretty flush and you'll definitely have to do some fender work to prevent rubbing (depending on how low you are) in the front and in the back. some can be cured by negative camber but i'd rather adjust camber for handling than fender clearance - but thats just me.
i ran this exact same set up (wheels are actually for sale) and loved it.

I have 17x9 45 all around 235/45 fronts and 255/40 rears. Ur gonna have to roll ur rears, trim the bumper and relocate ur tabs. For fronts u just need to trim ur fenders to avoid the tires from catching the tabes. Negative camber is not bad as long as u don't have toe. I'm running negative 2.1 in front negative 2.8 in the back. Sitting on coilovers.

convex is when the spokes curve inward (toward the car). concave is when the spokes curve outward.
the 17x8.0 +45 for the front is useful if you plan on getting a BBK later down the road. otherwise you should just get the 17x9.0 +45 for both front and rear and fender roll and relocate tabs if your car is lowered.
