Rpf1 filment

Alright, so can someone just clear this up for me. Without spacers and fender rolling, what's the best size to go with? I would prefer 17x9 all the way around, but I'm not sure if I can make this happen in the front. As far as ride height goes, I plan on going maybe an inch and a half lower than stock. I would like a good offset that gives a decent lip, but have no idea what the difference is in +25 and +45.
Edit: Also, I'm currently running a stock brake system, and probably will for awhile. I may upgrade later, but it's not on my watch list yet.

Would something like this be sufficient?
Front
+53 to +57 offset: 225 tires, 7.0" - 8.0" wide wheel
Rear
+50 to +54 offset: 255 tires, 8.0" - 9.5" wide wheel

Looks like I'm going to have to do some modifications to get what I want
What I'm looking at now:
Front
17x17.5 +47 offset with a 205?
Rear
17x9 +45 offset with a 245?
What would it take to get a 17x8 +45 offset 215 on the front and 17x9 +45 offset 255 in the rear? I may go with the 245, since it would call for less work and it wouldn't be as big of a change from 215. I'm staying with the RPF1s, and it looks like the highest they offer is a +45 offset.

Alright, so I've found a set of wheels for a really good price, but the fronts are larger than what I originally wanted. Front and rear are both 17x9 +45 with 245's. The guy said he only needed to roll the fronts and that's it. I'm wondering if I should plan for any additional work or should rolling be the only thing needed. I'm going to be Bilstein pss9s, so my car won't be extremely low, maybe finger gap between the tire and fender?
