Actually that tire has very little outside wear compared to the inner wear. Also, that other tire in the pic show much more even wear which points to a toe issue on that rear corner of the tire that corded. -2 camber with toe in spec will NOT result in that type of wear.

That car is lowered, but guess what? When you compress the factory springs on a big bump, a stock car is lowered too......
