Thanks again Jim,
Now just to find someone experienced in the upstate NY area to roll my fenders... Rochester / Syracuse... Any takers? Money in hand.

Fronts should be fine with a roll & small pull @ stock height with no camber needed. Rear you'll just need a roll & you're good. With stock height you can put almost anything on. I had 18x11 -12mm once on the back and no rub or anything even on bumps. Of course this was for shits & giggles and was off my buddy's widebody 240sx.

I rather have camber than pull my fenders. If i throw the Eibach pro kit on my car with this setup will i need anything more than just an alignment? (after the fenders have been rolled)

i think coils will be safer with a more aggressive setup like this. why not do a squared tire setup? 245's all around will work nicely

Its like having a completely stock setup and bumping the front to 225 (In my head anyway)

I was just concerned on how well it fit the front

ROUGHLY Its only .20" closer to the fender than the 225 and it is made to fit the 9.00" wheel which i like. I saw a 225-45 on a 9 yesterday and it looks a tad bit stretched...

I think you got it backwards... The 235/40 has a smaller diameter than the 225/45, so it actually sits further from the fender.

Here are a couple pics of my setup that might help. 235/40/17 Dunlop StarSpec on 17x9" +45 rims.

Andddd... here's a comparison shot of 215/45/17 Bridgestone RE-11's vs. 235/40/17 StarSpecs. Keep in mind, the Dunlops run wide for their size.

When i said .20 closer i meant .2 extension as in width on each side they are roughly .40" wider and yes they are a little smaller in diameter which is even better for clearance as well.

Thanks for the pics! i was wondering what theyed look like on a 9.. How do you like them? The star specs that is...
