Default rota slipstreams

whats up s2ki. just picked a a set of rota slip streams. 17x7.5 with 45 and 17x8.5 what he said was with 45 offset but i think its a 48 offset cause i dont think they make a 45 offset. neways need some help on tire sizes. im not ganna be running these wheel all the time just for autox and ocasionlly which im planing on getting some RS3's for them. i really want to go as wide as possible without having to moddify which i think that would help more. i am currently running stock suspension for now. and dont really plan on rolling my fenders any time soon. sorry for the extensive message.

I have those wheels I use for daily driving, I think at stock height you will be ok with 225s and 255s. It wasn't till I put on my coilovers that I noticed some rubbing under hard compression over the pretty rough Alaska roads. And yes they should be a +48 for the rear.

I figures I could probley use a 255in the rear but I wasnt sure if I would be able to fit a 225 without rubbing. What about my other size would I be using 45 on both front and rear?

You should be OK at stock height, especially if your alignment is more aggressive than stock. If you lower at all you will need to roll the fenders. You don't want the same sidewall % if your diameters are staggered. 225/45, 255/40 have the same overall diameter that is closest to stock.

As far the weight, they are one of the lighter Rota wheels, probably very similar to AP2 weight.
