whether you need to roll depends on the size you want.

get the highest offsets possible in order to roll as little as possible. forget what they're available in.

if you run the 17x7 and 17x8 set-up you won't need to roll your fenders. if you want to run the 17x9 you can probably clear with a 245 and like -3.5 camber but a roll would be best to get as wide a tire as possible.

My car is an AP2 - I'm running Work Emotion CR Kai - 17x8 +47 Front (Flat Face) / 17x9 +44 Rear (Concave Face).

My car is stock height with stock brakes, and I did need a rear fender roll to get rid of some mild rubbing when going over some bumps at freeway speeds.

If you want "Concave Face" CR Kai rear wheels you will need to go 17x9 and roll your rear fenders.
