Rims and tire selection for my BB S.
#2
There is no right or wrong answers. A lot depends on the weight of the wheels you choose and the level of performance of the tires. You will get quicker turn in respone and better lateral stability with the 17". You would just want to stay on the lighter side for the wheels and get a good handling tire.
If I can help let me know.

you don't think I can benefit from going 17s?
since i'm looking into getting tires with more contact patch and grip, as long as I go for the wheels that are lighter, this should be beneficial.
How much does OEM stocks weigh and which aftermarket rim type will be a good replacement?
Yes, i'm in for the look, but more for the performance and looking good.
