Default Rim Refinishing?

well im going to purchase some used 16 inch works rezax rims but the only problem is, that the rims are pretty beat up ie. needs polishing on the lip, needs the mesh to be freshly painted and needs a good clean up. But the rim shop im getting them from quotes me $100 per rim to repolish lip, paint the mesh, take the rims apart and re-seal all 3 pieces? and clean them up and mount and balance them i think as well as apart of the package is it really worth it? Or does anyone else know of any other shops in socal to have rims refinished at a lower cost?

That isn't bad at all because it is a ton of work. Don't be cheap.
