Default rim fitment and correct offset

thinking about purchasing some volk gt-u's or gramlights 57pro's
how ever i want to run a 17x10 rear and a 17x8 front pr 8.5

or could i run a 17x8 front and 18x9 rear is it wise to have bigger diameter wheels in the rear? im a newb to rear wheel drive

in either set up what would be the lowest offset i could run?

my car is lowered 2" and i can roll all four fenders if needed

any advice would be greatly appreiciated

What offsets are available. i don't think either of those wheels is going to come in the proper offset to be lowered 2 inches without narrower tires and rolled fenders
