Default Ride Height

Hello,

I have a 2001 S. I recently installed 17inch wheels with the stock suspension. The passenger side front wheel has a bigger gap than the the drivers side. Anyone know why? Is it possible for the shop to have damaged a suspension component when they installed them and did an alignment?

Tire sizes-205/45/17 in front, and 245/40/17 in the rear.

Thanks!!

Yea I feel like an idiot, I parked it at work, measured it...uneven. So I parked it across the work lot measured it, still uneven.. Turns out both spots I parked were uneven.

No need for flaming I already know.

Plus I would say the front tires you are using a shorter than stock by 3/4" and it is not a good set up. You really need either a 205/50R17 or 215/45R17.

I called your office for advice but you were out of town. O well they are on and the car handles much much better, the tires may be 3/4 smaller than stock but the wheels are 1 inch bigger.

You wheels are the same size as the AP2 stock (and Jim knows this). Jim's comment holds true, "You really need either a 205/50R17 or 215/45R17".

How about a sticky for MY04+ tire sizes

The S2000 also has a "ride height" adjustment for small adjustments if needed. I assume it is possible to corner weight one without getting coilovers. Gonna find out next week as I am going to the scales.
