Default Requirements for running 17x9 +35

What do i need for running 17x9 +35 all around? Fenders, roll or flared front? Car is lowered to just half an inch gap between tire and fender. Can anybody help. Does any body have similar set up or close, please post pics. Thanks.

You'll need your fenders pulled. Well, at least you're dropped only half an inch.

He's dropped way more than that. Half an inch gap, not half an inch drop lol.
