Replacing Only One Tire

Replacing Only One Tire
How bad is this exactly for the car? My front left tire recently developed a leak but my other three tires are perfectly fine with over 60% tread life. I'm considering just replacing the front left tire with a brand new tire (same tire of course).

i dont think its really that bad for the car. it will just affect the way the car feels. if it were me, and i liked the tires i was using, i would buy a pair for the front and use the other good front as a back up.

What about the rear of the car? i know if it's like a 10psi difference between the 2 rear tires it'll pull on acceleration, (just found a nail in tire). i have no more than 800 miles on the rear tires but have run fairly aggressive with them. If i buy just one tire will it have adverse affects? Will the tires even up over time if they are close in tread depth? Thanks.
