RE050A's on 16" AP1 Wheels

RE050A's on 16" AP1 Wheels

Is the 225 the correct size in the rear for this tire? I am sure someone has asked this (as they are $79 right now) but I couldnt find the answer using the search. Thanks.

No. The ONLY tire that is correctly sized in a 225 is the OEM SO2.

Thanks. I just thought perhaps due to the fact that the RE050's were OEM on AP2s that the size might be right.

050s are 17" and OEM for those cars, but that thread on tire size is still valid. SO2s are the ONLY OEM rear tires with such an odd tread width. That's why they went to 245 with the 050s.
