The 225/45R17 is in stock at this time and the 255/40R17 should be in within 4 to 6 weeks. These sizes will bw a little wider than stock but keep the same stagger as the OE tires.
If I can help let me know.

just spoke to a guy at tirerack on june 19/07 for RE01R's:
he said the 215/45/17 SHOULD be back in stock for around mid-July (USA). Canada has not yet had the tire here even (no matter what 1010 says, my guess is they just added the size to their site since they knew it was coming), and it will hit Canada for end of July-early August.
tirerack has a sale now on 245/40/17 rears and 225/45/17 fronts for RE01R , along with others. i guess the 255/40/17 will be out as well, soon.

The 225/45R17 is available now but the 215/45R17 and 255/40R17 do not have a date at this time. They are going to be made but I would guess at least 6 to 8 weeks.
I do have the 225/45R17 and 245/40R17 in stock. They are a very good handling tire. We hear of guys not going to autocrosses if they can't get this tire because they can not compete.
If I can help let me know.
