i also have the 245/45/17's on my ap2. i was trying to find 225/50/17s for the front, but i guess they dont come in that size, which means i would have to go with 225/45/17, if i do decide to go with the re01r's for the front.

heres some pics with the rears mounted.

here are the oem potenzas 245/40-17

heres the thing that bothers me... if i do stay with the stock front tire size, it makes the car look like a drag funny car.. with the stock tire sizes, the back sidewall was slimmer by about 3mm, which also bothered me.. i dunno what to dooo!!! lol

as of now^

so its either go with 225/45/17 re01r's and keep that funny car look, or get a differnt set of front tires at 225/50/17 and keep the sidewalls lookin close from front/rear.

heres some math i did on the tire sizes
oem ap2
225/45=101.25 sidewall
245/40=98 sidewall

re01r rear
245/45=110.25 sidewall

possible front
225/50=112.5 sidewall

4Banger - have you noticed anything screwy with your ABS?

Would you mind giving your ABS a test for us all? I have 6 245/45/17s in the garage and I'd hate to not have them work
