if you are on stock height almost ant thing will fit. People here are correct about the tire size. Youre tire height will be off if you insist on running those rear sizes.

Yep, rears are too tall, should get 35 series tires for the rear.

So...anyone with REAL life experience that has seen these specific stats and NOT FIT for sure? I found pics of one member who had some rota svns and the SAME size wheels and tires..so I pmed him..he said that he didnt have ANY problem running these wheels and tires ..but recently went up to a 225 up front and a 245 rear...and the only problem after that was that the rears hit the bumper tab..which he then relocated and everything was fine..NO rolling or pulling of fenders needed...he has pics..and he is first hand experience...anyone else care to throw their 2 cents?
Here is my 2 cents. The front rims are going to poke out of the front fenders at stock height, sure they will fit on the car without a roll but then you will look like you are driving around a 4x4. There are plenty of rims for sale in the classifieds section that fit the s2000 without guessing if they will rub or not.

And another question..if the tires have already been mounted and balanced on the rims..do they need to be rebalanced on a new vehicle or is balancig just specific to the rim..and after balanced they are reay for any vehicle?

By tall he means the diameter of the tire/wheel combo will be bigger. This will effect your speedometer and abs. No matter what size rim you get, the wheel/tire size diameter should always stay the same.
