Default Quick fitment,suggestion question

So im interested in a set of wheels with these specs.....
front: 18x8.5 with +35 offset
rear: 18x9.5 with +40 offset.

Pretty much my question is what kind of rolling and pulling am i looking at here?
By what i have seen and searched for im going to absolutely need a roll and probably a pretty aggressive pull? or maybe i know less than i think
also was seeing that ill probably need a fair amount of camber?
Please enlighten me.
and for what its worth i will be putting a moderate stretch with the tires also

TIA

DEF gon need fenders rolled. DEF gon need stretched tires. and DEF gon need negative camber maybe -3 degrees or maybe more in the back. But these can def fit.

of course.....but gettin fenders pulled is not a easy task. You really need to know what your doing for that.. I'm running 17x8 +38 and 18x9 +42. with no gap
my rear rubs with a 215 and -2 camber... Its fine with a 1 inch finger gap, but if i want to go lower, i need more - camber and possible a smaller tire or else i rub when i hit bumps

hmmm i c. so you are not pulled and thats the situation you are running into?
Pullin isnt a huge issue with me, ill take it to a local shop that is known for having good abilities at fender rolling and pulling. nothing im going to try myself.

Just make sure they take their time. If rushed and not properly heated, it can cause the rear quarter panels to cave in. Cost $$$$$$$$$ to fix!
