I should also add that it is slightly easier to fit a 9 inch wide wheel that sticks out the same amount since the tire will be slightly stretched giving you a little bit more room when the suspension compresses.

Not lowered at all. -1 camber in the front. Now that I think about it, my car rubbed even with semi hard cornering. Its fine for daily driving but not expect to race or drive too hard. Your right star specs are pretty wide, but i dont think it would be a night and day difference especially if you take in consideration that im at stock height with all else about equal.

is there a particular reason why you are wanting to run a 225 in the front? Ive had better luck with a 215 handling wise up front compared to the 225

Only reason would be for looks, to be honest. I like the look of a beefier tire, even for the front. I might just stick with 215s, I dunno.

Rolled fronts, max camber up front (which is not really that much IMO) and you are good to go.
