Question for Jim - What about BF Goodrich KDWS...What Size?
Looking for a good overall all-season ultra-high performance tire.....The KDWS's seem to fit the bill best....Yokohama db s2 were also a consideration....any comments! And please clarify what size I should order with stock rims....(I assume 245/50R16 in the rear) will be replacing all four tires eventhough my fronts do not need to be replaced at this time....Thanks in advance for your information and time...

You got it right. I got BFG KDWs on all four wheels for a couple of months now. I'm happy with them. They aren't quite as sticky as the SO2's when dry, but they are one hell of a lot better in the rain. Stock sizes for front and 245/50R16 in rear!

You have a tire that is .8" taller in the rear. It I not a good idea. It will throw off the anti lock brakes, speedometer, odometer and gear ratio.
It is not a good size to run. The only all season tire I would recommend is the Dunlop SP5000 and they come in 225/50R16 and 245/45R16.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
