Here is the link it says that "Shock Absorber Requires slight modification to OE strut mounting hardware."

Could someone please explain what that means? I have changed out my Eibach Springs before and have also changed now to Coilovers and wanted to see if there was anything more technical to install these.

You'll need to drill out the bushings in the stock tophat to accomodate the larger shaft of the konis. There is a DIY thread to installing these.
