215-16 is another mostly unobtainable aspect ratio. I think you can get the A520 in it but hardly anyone else makes this tire. Most manufacturers (in 16") make a 205 and 225 and top out at 245.

So what is the advantage of getting 245/45/16 over the stock size of 225/50/16??? Thanks!!

the main point being, if you drive close to or at the limit, anything other than the OEM S02's will result in a difference of handling balance. The exact ratio as OEM being hard to find because of the difference in tire manufacturers tread widths and mainly because of Honda's specs for the OEM S02's.

But as I said, most of the time, most people will not know the difference if you went with something close to a 20-25% stagger front to rear.
