question on charges to mount balance tires

question on charges to mount balance tires
NTB has my car right now and they are mounting and balancing 2 rears. They want to charge $100 for this which seems ridiculous...Can anyone comment?
$30/tire tires are 255/25/18
$15.99/tire for lifetime balance warranty

worst case.. copy/paste their banner as a letter head and bring in as a "printed recipt"
