Default Question about Wheels & Turbos

With a turbo (probably a Greddy), would 18x9 in the front and 18x10.5 in the back be too much?

Are 17's that much better than 18's, and what about the widths (with overfenders is it still too wide (for optimal grip)?

Much appreciation

The only way you put 18X9 on the front of the S2K is to run a wide body. To run the 18X10.5 you will need to have a mid 70's offset. It can be done but still may need some work to the fenders.

IMO with the Greddy kit, you should be fine with the stock setup or something similar in size. Just to give you an idea about wider setups, I run 18x10 +73 w/ 285's in the rear and still don't have alot of traction (425hp, 275 ft/lbs) Tire choice is also a factor.

18x9 front and 18x10.5 rear will be fine. offset has to be at least +68 for the rear to run 275 tires. you do need to roll fenders and run negative camber. if you want to run 285, you would need +72 offset or more
