I know some people run GC-07C in non-staggered sizing 17 x 8.5 +54.

My question is, how are the front fenders effected? Thanks.

that will work but are you staggering the tire size or the same? if you run same all around, i would suggest some camber to get better fender clearance

I'm gonna say "the same" for the tire size.

What tire sizes would be best for my situation (stock front fenders)? The tires will be RE-01R.

How much camber in the front?

i would run 255/40 with a -1 camber in the front and -1.8 in rear. but thats just me.

I have the same setup on 245 re-01rs. I maxed out camber in the front.
