I understand your fustration over this I'd be upset to, but if I could make a suggestion, call Jim and let him help you out. The guy really is great! He's done me right a few times now.

Give him a call....heck I'll even call him for you if you'd like.

If you need something to be frustrated about I'll let you have some of my frustration about the weather around here lately....it just keeps snowing and snowing and snowing......I can't take it anymore! Come on help me out...please!!

Damn, have you got a bit to learn. "Multiplexing" is a term used for analog with digital overlay. It's not a "fancier" name for "multiple."

It must be so sad to be stuck in Sprint's ass.

Best of luck, in another 2 or 3 years, you'll have "experience" with every wireless company and I'm sure a new, eager to thrive start-up wireless company will just jump at an opportunity to have you as their CEO.

I hate that this thread for TireRack turned into a BASH Sprint PCS thread, but such is life.

BTW, TireRack is AWESOME! Rock on TireRack!

I have had a bad experience dealing with about 400 different telecommunications companies in the last 7+ years. Everything from the LEC level to the LD carriers to wireless providers. The long and the short of it is even the "good" ones wouldn't know good customer service if it hit them in the face.

Such is life in telecom...

Now if only I could scrounge up enough money for 16" SSR Competition rims for my Miata I'd be in business...
