Im limited on where i can go because all four of my wheels have been custom widened and no big chain tire shops will touch them because of the liability they say, so I take them to indy local speed shops that don't care. Current one I see charges me by time depending on how long it takes. Usually they have to clean them up after track day so they can adhere the wheel weights, mount and spin balance them steam rollers. Typically is $45 for the front pair and $75 for the rears.

It's worth paying to not have your wheels ruined. If $150 seems like a lot of money to you, maybe you should be driving an '84 Corolla.

That's a rip off in my opinion. I normally pay $12 to mount and balence each tire/rim. Most places charge $15 per tire and expensive places charge $20 per tire. At most it should be no more than $80 to mount and balence 4 tires and rims.

at my local discount this is what it cost me.

If I purchase tires there. $5 to dismount, $5 to mountm if I don't have the lifetime balancing its $16.50 each tire.

I I purchase tires from tire rack, its $10 to dismount, $10 to mount and $16.50 to balance.

You should ask in your local subform where people go and what they pay. That will help you find someplace that is reasonable and still trustworthy.
